Pro Box Floor to Ceiling Anchor Plate is to be used in conjunction with 'Free Weights'. You don't need any floor fixings just add some weights to simply weigh down your floor to ceiling ball or punchbag. Great for when items need to be moved around. Weights are not included.

The Probox Colossus Ceiling Hook is crafted from quality steel and powder coated in black.  With an M16 eye bolt and 4 fixing holes this ceiling hook is designed to hold heavy bags. Wall fixings are not supplied.

In order to reduce the stress on hanging straps of PU punchbags it's been designed to allow a punch bag to swivel.
