Lonsdale Sparring Partner

The Lonsdale Spar Partner is a great way to develop co-ordination and skill without the need for a sparring partner. It features an EVA heavy duty foam bonded torso and head shape to replicate a spar partner. The bag is a free standing piece of equipment to be used as you would any other standing punch bag, the base can be filled with either water or sand to aid its stability.
