Roots Dental Lab has a wealth of experience in making custom fit mouthguards for athletes of every age and discipline. Here at Roots Dental Lab we take our products seriously that's why we run a fully accredited audit management PPE (Personal Protective equipment) control system ensuring all our mouthguards are made from the finest raw materials to the highest possible standard, so all our customers can have complete peace of mind whilst on the Field or in the Ring. As dental technicians and avid sports fanatics, Roots Dental Lab Limited understands the need for protection. Roots Dental and Boxfit have developed a range of colours, sizes and thicknesses to ensure comfort, design and more importantly ultimate protection. Boxfit custom fit mouthguards are completely handmade which means you get the highest standard mouthguard out there without having to go to a dentist. The mouthguards are perfect fit to your teeth and gums . The Boxfit custom fit mouthguard comes complete with everything you need to create your bespoke gumshield.

The kit includes:

• Impression putty (2 x colour, 2 x white)

• 2 impression trays (for fit purposes)

• Instruction guide

• Impression medical bag

• Return mailing bag (with free post label)

Sizes:

4mm - This is the correct thickness of protection for anybody under the age of 16 and also for sports where the head is NOT in direct contact.

5mm - We recommend a 5mm mouthguard for athletes where the sport is potentially high impact (such as Hockey) or where the head IS in direct contact (ie boxing, MMA).

All mouthguards will be manufactured in approximately 14 days upon receipt of impressions. Place your completed impression in the enclosed medical bag and return it to us along with all used and unused items (putty tubs, impression trays etc.). Fill in your name, delivery address, date of birth and reference number on the medical bag.

Free post - There are no postal charges to send off your impression.

Please Note: The Roots impression technique is unsuitable for those who have bridgework, for those who are undergoing fixed orthodontic treatment, or for children who have milk or loose teeth. (Usually we recommend that children under the age of 9 are not suitable for the product). If a tooth is loose, it is advisable to delay taking the impression until the loose tooth is no longer present. We also recommend that in order to achieve the ideal impression that minors are supervised by an adult at all times. Please ensure that the putties are kept at room temperature before use (ideally between 18 - 24 degrees Celsius).

As this product is custom made to order it is unfortunately non-returnable

STANDARD UK DELIVERY

Our aim is to dispatch all UK mainland orders between 2-4 working days (Mon-Fri, not inc. Bank Holidays) from receipt of your order confirmation, unless advised within the product description. Orders placed after 16.00hrs will be accepted onto our system the next working day.

NEXT 'WORKING' DAY UK DELIVERY (MONDAY-FRIDAY ONLY)

If you would prefer your order to be delivered faster than our standard delivery time, please select the next working day delivery option at the checkout stage.

All UK mainland orders will then be dispatched on the same day, on a next working day, unless directly stated within the product description.

Please note, orders must be placed before 3pm (Monday-Friday only) to be dispatched the same day. Orders placed on a Saturday, Sunday, Bank Holiday or after 3pm will not be dispatched until the next available working day (Monday-Friday). If an item should go out of stock we will endeavour to inform you on the day of your order or by the next working day. Please note that Next Working Day delivery orders can only be shipped to the Cardholder's address.

If you are not happy with an item(s), please return them in its original unused condition with all packaging and tags intact.
